I came here because Iām a very spiritual person going through a major shift. Due to trauma, lack of trust, and fears of change, there is what feels to be a blockage and I feel thats whatās causing my migraines. Iāve never had them before until all of these challenges. Hereās to leaving a karmic relationship, healing, and growing.
Typically I would not comment, but I know there is someone else who might be going through the same situation. If I can get through it, then so can you. Youāre going to be okay and life is going to get so much better.

Iāve gone from meditating for 10mins, to 20mins and now onto 30mins. Definitely more positive and it has brought down my anxiety. I used to fidget a lot, like moving my feet back and fourth or flicking pens. Then one day in the office, I notice that I was sitting still and I no longer doing those things and Iām happier than Iāve been in a long time. šā¤ļøā¤ļø
