When I was about 15-16 living in suburban London and frequenting a local ballroom at which, Matt Monroe was scheduled to give a concert. We knew of him from tv performances and were were excited, However a few days before the concert he had an accident and broke his leg. Matt turned up as this very popular local dance club with one leg totally covered in a plaster caste and gave an amazing performance. I shall never forget him and his sweet amazing voice. I am 81 years old now and living in Canada.

I miss my father and i cried every time listening to Matt Monroe's songs as i remember my dad, He is his favorite singer and he loved all of his songs. He keeps on listening his songs until he passed, Love you Dad!

My very favorite singer since I was a little girl. I was introduced to his voice by my father who had several albums and I was hooked for life!! His life ended way to soon and I know that he would have done much, much more. Thank you Matt Monro for your beautiful voice and I will treasure it forever!

I’m 70 and Matt was my Dad’s favourite and I enjoyed listening to him sing too. My Dad died in 1974 aged 57. When I listen to Matt today I can see my Dad sitting in his chair as he lessened to Matt. They both fill my memories and heart with love.
