What I have analysed from this is Jeny has already hinted it's Halt from the previous animation, and what Halt's abilites are different from the actual game. It seems that Halt makes all other people travelling with you disappear when you step into his hallway. Halt seems to have a similar power to Glitch, as the illusion form of Alan and Hyojin get recognized as illusions they have a light greenish crack on their body, similar to Glitch. Halt also can teleport and control things with his abilities, like at the end of the animation where he slams the door on Lina, like Glitch forced the elevator at the end to crash down into the Mines. Maybe Halt is the result of someone who has died in the Doors realm and stayed too long, turning him into one of the monsters we know and hate today. As for Hyojin, she has a special case. As Glitch (aka Bacon) glitches into the room, Halt fools Hyojin with his green outlines and cracks on the room wall, floor, cabinets, drawers etc. We can confirm that this is actually Glitch because his face is normal, with his eyes remaining, unlike the illusory Alan and Hyojin. Another hint that he is real is the purple cracks on one of the drawers confirming this is definitely Glitch. Guiding Light sees his brother, it has a blue moon, so it confused me in the first place, thinking it was Guiding Light. I then realized that this is his brother, because Curious Light has a moon on his face, meanwhile Guiding Light has a necklace. The reason why Curious Light had a blue moon is because Halt is indicating that he's an illusion. Alan is a special case, as he saw what Hyojin was seeing, because Glitch is a real person, or spirit. Glitch may have gained his powers after getting absolutely obliterated by Ambush. Maybe Hyojin assumed Glitch was a illusion, because maybe, they can hear each other in the hallway, but just not see each other, if they're not seeing the same thing. Alan's fear may be losing Hyojin or seeing her depressed or sad. After Halt's true form is revealed to someone, he turns into his real form, and hunts down the people who have realized. Halt is a terrible liar as his lies are extremely obvious, being more cruel than the actual being. Halt brings out each person's fear, except Cow, as we just met him and don't know much about him. Halt tricks Lina by teleporting behind her, making her completely confused and vulnerable to Halt. To the squad Halt is treated like a boss, like Figure or Seek, being more difficult than entities like Rush or Screech.
