I couldn't tell you how bad knifing is in COD7. However, I'd rather lunge and miss than have someone lunge 20 feet then hit as if it was MW2.

I personally can't stand the knifing in this game. Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome game, but the knifing is so basic and weak in this game. I mean seriously if i'm within 2ft of the enemy and he is in my screen then my guy should lung and get the kill. Can't tell you how many times I turned a corner, ran into a guy, tried to knife him and didn't get the kill. The base, non-commando knifing in MW2 was perfect, realistic distance and lunge. Thumbs up if u agree.

I hate black ops because of the spawning, knifeing and hit detection and the weapons attributes dont match...balck op's is a huge disgrace...even MW2 didn't have those problems...

Sorry to point out the obvious but you missed by a country mile...like someone said earlier in the thread you knifed the wrong side of him ....but yes i will say the knifing is awful .....i lose nearly all rush knifing
