I'm 52 years of age. From Manchester, England!! I was missing school at 12 years of age back in 1984 to find the latest hip hop tunes in record shops everywhere in my home city.. I badly needed to hear pure beats πππππ Sratching in songs if anybody knows what I'm talking about was very, very hip hop bee bop don't stop material but now it's dead!! A DJ accidentally invented hip hop but man there's been some amazing change of styles throughout the last 40 years and I've enjoyed the ride man!!!

It's amazing how Ice-T made an entire "gangsta rap" career off of telling people the DOWNSIDE of the lifestyle and why you should NOT be a "gangsta". Salute to the legend!!
