Nigel was a known homosexual who frequented gay bars and cluns across the north West. Police have always wanted to trace a group of men seen travelling with Nigel on a train and a hitchhiker called Carl who Nigel befriended in the months before his murder. The programme also probes the case of 52 year-old grandmother Trevaline Evans who disappeared from North Wales more than 11 years ago. She left her antiques shop in Llangollen on Saturday 16 June, leaving a note saying she would return in two minutes. She was last seen shortly afterwards in the town centre at about 2:00pm. Police are now convinced she was murdered.

If she was purposely heading out to meet up with a man at a wine bar, why would she put up a "back in 2 minutes" sign? I would think she would scrawl a quick sign saying "back in 1 hour" or something?
