If i could go back in time i would have focused more on myself than whether a man was into me. Ladies! Focus on YOU and watch the men flock to you because you aren't like other women, you are mysterious and confident.

I just turned 50 and I have more male attention now than I’ve ever had in my life. This is the best time of my life so far!

One of the most scary things of aging is having pain in your body and being less healthy. But the confident you gain with age is priceless.

Im 33 and didnt feel truly beautiful until 30. I disnt understand my style and how to highlight what i had to work with. Now im healthier, my loxs are longer and flowing, im learning to slow down and relax. My 20s were horrific 😂😂

"It's a privilege to age," so true. Just recently a teen girl was killed in my home town in her bloom of youth, never to even experience this world. ❤🙏

I really enjoy listening to you, you always make me laugh. I am in favour of positive ageing. It is a privilege and I refuse to be miserable for the next 40 years because I’m no longer in my 30s. I am allowing my spiritual, yoga, priestess energy to evolve into something wonderful. Despite my fresh face and hot perky body in my 20s I was such an unconfident pleaser. I’m more a peace now 🙏🏻

Please make a video on navigating the dating market as a below average looking woman. Not coming from a place of low self esteem, but would love an objective perspective.

I’m 47. I’ve found I look to God more now and I’m not looking for a man. If one I can love comes along and he is loving and kind then I would be open to that. I haven’t dated seriously in the past two years and I feel no rush. When men are perusing, if their values don’t line up I am not interested. They become offended sometimes and it seemed like last summer when I would leave the house I had so many men trying to date me. I work from home, I mind my business and I pray a lot. I like this peace and it’s true when you get older you do not need the validation anymore. If anyone puts you in the anxiety response to want to chase it’s best to leave that man alone. That is not your man.

I always enjoy the podcasts, thanks for them. However this one on aging is amazing! So many smart points -- I'm in the best relationship of my life & it started when I chose to embrace & celebrate the feminine energy of being smart, strong, & sexy! He loves it. Oh yes, I'll celebrate being 71 next month! Pretty sure the rest of my life will be the best of my life. Keep up your amazing channel.

I’d like to add that you CAN look hot and not young at the same time. You don’t have to look young to look hot. Those are two different things. You can wear stilettos and a black dress and turn heads after 30. So, just remember that men have low standards when it comes to “just sex”. Ie. You can still turn a head past 30

I'm 30 and having the toughest time of my life. I have been through so much heartache and disappointment and I'm trying so hard just to keep my heart open. I don't want kids but I still feel a strong desire for a relationship, to find someone before I'm "old", despite being independent with a good career, good friends and rewarding hobbies.

I cried all in my 30’s wishing and wishing and wishing for a relationship and for a healthy relationship. I’ll be 40 in a few weeks. Looking forward to letting all that shit go. Maybe I’ll meet him in my 40’s and maybe I’ll be able to have a kid. Maybe. Letting God work. Not doing anything anymore.
