Took me quite a while to realize that the cornerstone alongside the topaz stone was not Aventurine's stone but instead it was Jade's cornerstone. Jade and Aventurine are very similar when it comes to color so it can be quite confusing on which gem is which. Jade's whole plan to "Harvest" Penacony was set in motion after Aventurine "death"

The ten stonehearts are just corpo power rangers, I do really like how they told aventurine story here and I think aventurine is the most well told character in star rail story even more than danheng I think because the way they told danheng story in luofu arc its like only the surface level and we have to read the lore or find hidden dialogues to know fully his story, as a topaz main I already planning to pull for Aventurine the moment i know he's a sustainer and fua character but now I like him even more

Even though we pretty much knew about Sam and Firefly the reveal still got me. I didn’t suspect Gallagher though. It makes sense that he’d be against the family given his past but I didn’t think he’d be the killer.

I really liked those two final cutscenes cause they are perfect cliffhangers and they also set up everything for 2.2. Also the music + the light cone you get at the end was brilliant.

I honestly was surpised by how Aventurine grew on me as a character, as well as - he's a damn MONSTER of Preservation. Like - using him in Acheron team felt AMAZING. 100% grabing him on a re-run.
(Though, as much as I look at leaks - I don't know HOW did I managed to NOT spoil myself on the fact, that Sam is Firefly. That was, honestly, genuenly, legitemately - stupid. Thankfuly so sar 2.x series of patches are AWESOME, and the game keeps improving with a great pace. But man was that dumb. In my eyes it, straight-up burns to ash both of their characters. I, cannot in right mind look at Sam and picture that tiny fragile little thing inside it, as well as look at Firefly, nod and go: "yeah, that's someone, who can murder a pack of furries alongside Kafka in cold blood". Just - WHY would you do that???)
