Like wtf was he supposed to do at that point?đ Got crippled, dealt the ultimate humiliation, got cut off from his family, banished and basically told "now let this be a lesson to you" lol. I believe it was he need to do something to stop Hett but he should have tried harder to redeem him. Obi-wan should reminded Hett of his path as Jedi and convince to help protected the Larrs farm that have a chance to set things right for the Skywalker bloodline if only Obi-wan, much like Yoda, was not so closed minded that a person cannot return to the light.
