Slade is one of the most underrated rock bands in the world! EVERYONE emulated them or covered their songs( Slash...Quiet Riot...Black Sabbath...Alice Cooper...etc)
Hopefully, the people watching these videos truly appreciate their incredible talent. Bought my first album at the age of twelve in my hometown of New Orleans at a record shop on Canal Street and became a glam girl overnight! What a great era of music to come of age in!!!

I grew up loving this band but it's only when you are old enough do you realise how talented this band were and Noddy Holder ...what a song writer . so over the moon when I heard Noel Gallagher praising Noddy re Merry Christmas every body and in particular the line " Does your granny always tell you that the old ones are the best"....bloody brilliant and we have all heard our Gran and Gran dads say that.
Lastly, I am an Alice Cooper fan and like Slade if you don't know the whole music you will never appreciate how talented these folks are unless you go beyond the records that were released as singles.

Fucking top song. Slade are vastly underrated. Noddy has one of the greatest rock voices ever.
