I was at the Dublin concert on Monday and let me say, it was genuinely one of the best moments of my life. From the people there to the stage set up and lighting to the incredible music, it was all amazing. Fun fact: So many people DO want real wasabi but it's hard to grow and needs perfect conditions, that it's actually nearly impossible to acquire outside of select places in Japan. We typically get some cheap mixture of horseradish and food coloring! (though "horse radish and food coloring" isn't as catchy a title) Anyways I thought that was interesting food for thought in that everything can be turned upside down and seemingly insignificant things can actually be so very special with a different lens? 🤷♀️
