Memphis – On the eastern banks of the Mississippi River, find a city famous for its music, history and food.

Check out all the places we visited in this video: viewfinder.expedia.com/memphis-vacation-ideas-plan…

When ready, browse vacation packages to Memphis: www.expedia.com/Memphis.d178284.Destination-Travel…

It’s hard to envisage Tennessee’s second-largest city without thinking of the legendary music that was born here and the world-famous creators that lived and worked here. As such, it’s no surprise that one of the most popular attractions in #Memphis is the former home of Elvis Presley, Graceland.

A #vacation here caters to more than just the music-lovers. Enjoy the top nightlife on Beale Street and the delicious Southern barbeque city-wide. For an important and sobering history lesson, #visit the National Civil Rights Museum, another prominent #attraction to explore in Memphis.

For now, we hope you enjoy watching this #travel #guide as much as we enjoyed making it.

Man I really wanna gang up with someone and do a road trip in the States. IT's incredible how you Americans build up and pump up brand identity, from Advil to the national one, you invented it ! Hats down

I loved Memphis.I also been to Nashville and I enjoyed it because of other travelers I met but Memphis was the real deal.Memphis doesn’t feel touristy or even safe on the street very late.I spend almost every night on Beale street to listen to some great Blues. Other things interesting to see is the Gibson factory tour (if still there) ,the big cemetery (forgot the name)where lots of civil war generals are buried and it’s a beautiful place..but not in a good area so don’t walk outside of it.I stayed by Overton square and it’s a nice area too.midtown can be rough around Sun records.

Preferred it over Nashville (there, said it). Visibly more challenged economically, but also more character.
