a tip for lvl 6 timer is that on solo lanes if you don't lose too much xp you'll get the lvl up at the 5:30 wave when the cannon dies, cuz it gives a lot of xp

You can just know your kill threshhold by looking at your damage and your opponents HP + resistances.
The reason people think you can't is because they think the math is too hard.
But that's because they focus on the wrong thing.
They try and calculate how much damage they would do to a champion based on their armor.
And that is a ridiculous way to look at it and I agree that this is practically impossible to calculate.
But if you know that your combo's raw numbers add up to 2000.
You will always do 2000 raw damage to your opponent.
But instead of calculating how much damage you will do to the opponent, calculate how much of your damage they can take instead.
The formula of determining this is extremely easy to do on the fly and doesn't have to be exact in most cases, so a guess tends to be fine enough.
You take a champion's actual health pool, for example 1500 HP.
And then you look at how much armor they have, for example 50.
And then you multiply 1500 by (1 +(armor value/100)).
So 1500 * 1.50
This totals to 2250.
So you know, that if nothing is healed or shielded, that you need about ~10% of the target's health already gone before you have it in kill-range.
If your target has 100 armor instead, you change the formula to 1500 * 2
If they have 125 armor it becomes 1500 * 2.25
And so on.
So if you see an opponent once and you have some downtime, you can make a mental note of how when you can take out who in a single rotation.
And every time you shop, you adjust what your damage is and you do some rough math.
This is doable, at least for your direct lane opponent or mid-game targets.
Doing these calculations for your target once every time you shop will drastically increase the amount of kill windows you spot, will drastically decrease the mistakes that were not kill windows and is not that difficult if you are capable of doing relatively simple math in your head (or even on a calculator-app if you really need to).
You don't need to do the math in a high pressure situation, of course. But a champion's values don't change THAT much in between bases, so once you see them, if you can do so while walking somewhere, or waiting for a last hit, just do the math.
Your damage is stuff you can figure out by adding up the numbers on the abilities and your total ad * number of autos in your combo.
You should have some references at least.
For example, if you're a mid lane mage, how much is your full combo if you are lvl6, what about at lvl9 and 13?
What damage does 100 AP mean?
I wish you all the best of luck.
