The consensus on a post in the Facebook group called “Taylor Swift’s Vault” is that the first word clue was in the post from Taylor about the eclipse. The 1 in “13 days til…” was actually an I on the typewriter, so the full sentence is “I HEREBY CONDUCT THIS…” (meeting to order?)
