Official Len Enders merch: teespring.com/stores/len-enders
Experience a day in my life on a random weekend in the year 1988 when my dad was away and I had some friends stay over.
Come with us as we hit the arcade, a record store, a video rental store and even the McDonald’s drive thru to grab a Coke (a large Coke was only 0.81 cents!).

Later that night we set up to jam in my living room, go out and throw eggs at a cop car and then I get yelled at by a bunch of girls who are mad at me!

Let's just face it: Phones & technology killed it for everyone

I was a teenager in the 80s. This video is showing the real deal! Mullets, music stores, hanging out, crazy posters everywhere. ❤

The fashion sense, the music, the hairstyles, everything’s great about the 80s

What I appreciate most about pre social media days is that people didn’t record things for other people to see. We recorded things for ourselves to see later. So it was NEVER FAKE

I’m 53, my teenage years (though in the U.K.) were so similar. This video has it all. Man it just feels so real, no fakery. Just time, friends, boredom, car trips, arcades, records. Kids today won’t appreciate time with others like this. Such a shame. Tech has brought us a lot of benefits, but also distance from reality…

This was my life. I was newly dating the man I’ve been married to for 33 years. He was in a high school rock band. We bummed around town, renting movies, going for fast food and it was a great time. I miss it and often say, “ I want to go back to the 80’s”.

I'm homesick for a place and time that no longer exists.

No decade better than the ‘80’s. When it started I was 17 and 27 when it ended, amazing time to be alive. And don’t get me started on the music. New subscriber here, thanks for recording this.

God as someone born in 2005 I hate that no one my age is able to have a conversation without looking at their phones. I wish people liked the 80s pop/rock because I love it. I feel like I was born in the wrong era, I feel so nostalgic for the 80s even though I wasn’t alive and I wish I had lived through such a legendary time

It hilarious how there are now literally trillions of videos like these, yet to find a home video like this from the 80's is considered gold.

Freaking awesome! Not everyone had the resources to capture real 80's life (thank goodness, right?). But it's really fun to be able to show the kids something that hasn't been filtered through the lens of Hollywood. Thanks for sharing this with the world!

absolutely love how no one is fighting to have their face on camera. The natural aversion is so refreshing to see. Also, the INTENT. He recorded this because HE wanted the memories.

I was 19 years old in 88 - awww what a sweet time! Guys were always working in their cars and getting ready for band practice. Girls hung at at malls and movie theaters. Parents were never around ...We had big pimples, ugly braces and coke bottle glasses back then ...school pictures were pretty much a joke ...but we always had fun and for the most part we loved each other and life ...This vid was awesome ..I laughed and I cried - thank you 💞💞💞💞💞💞

This is Great ! ❤️ I graduated high school in 1990, so this brought back fond memories. Things were SO much better, and life was really life , with Real people in Real time, with Real in person conversations ! You wanted to go to school, if only just to be able to see your friends and hang out, you just wanted to be there…. I could go on and on , but you 70 babies and 80s early 90s teenagers get it. This generation has NO idea 🤷‍♀️ what Real Fun they will never get to experience in the way we did. Thanks so much for sharing, this is so bitter sweet ! Blessings. 🙏🏼❤️
