Typical sociopathic behaviour! Charlie Veitch picks on a guy much smaller than him and punches him. The guy goes after him and since Charlie, like all bullies, is also a coward, he then retreats to a store and asks them to call the cops, most of whom are his pals (or so he thinks), knowing that he will probably be able to convince them that he is the aggrieved party here (seeing as he is on very chummy terms with the Manchester City PD) thus getting that poor guy into deep trouble.
