Ok after watching this video and listening to both sides the girl is lying and here is why: 1. When she sent speed the message around 35:49, she purposely blurred out the time stamp. When you’re showing evidence, you can’t leave out key details. Plus, she cut out the name so she’s probably showing messages from a whole different guy. 2. She stated that she was “drunk” and that she passed out when this situation occurred. Now keep in mind if you’re drunk you can remember some key moments, but she stated that she “passed out”. How can you remember everything when you’re passed out? 3. She said that there were no seats left and she “decided” to sit on his lap, she literally chose to sit on his lap like what? 4. She was literally on the same bed with the guy and the tik tok audio said “am I your type” and she put a thumbs up. Keep in mind she stated that they were just “friends”. In what world do friends do that? 5. Randy posted a pick showing her bend over. He said that “how I can “do all that” and you still come back”. If he “SA’d” her why does she keep going back to him? The reason why is because she got caught and now she’s pulling the victim card. 6. Throughout that whole interaction, she didn’t let him talk at all. She kept cutting him, didn’t even let him finish his point. And when he provided solid proof that she wasn’t passed out and she was on her phone she left. It could be true that the picture was probably taken at any time of the day, but the fact that she didn’t refute that point in 47:51. She created an excuse saying “are you trying to make excuses”? The fact that she didn’t even deny the picture just proves that she wasn’t even passed out so she was clearly lying. If she said that the picture was taken at a different time then she would be in the clear, but she didn’t even bring that up. 7. The girl was just straight up gaslighting. One thing that I notice about people who lie is that they always want to make themselves seem like the victim. She included her dead grandparent which is completely irrelevant to the topic. 8. the only points that this girl was able to provide was blurred text messages with no timestamp. She was extremely emotional for no reason especially around 48:04. She literally said “it doesn’t matter if I could verbally express that I didn’t want you there.” Her story isn’t adding up because if you were passed out verbal communication is out the picture. This girl is lying really hard man and it really pisses me off when people do stuff like this. She was constantly moving the goal post, not answering speeds questions, cutting people off, providing flawed evidence, using the “i can’t say this for legal reason” card, and constantly trying to play victim the whole time. Keep in mind guys, this whole situation started off with speed finding out she was hanging out with this guy, and now it ended up into a whole case. She took the situation, flipped it and made herself the victim. There are people out there who get SA’d all the time, this is why it’s hard to believe people who get SA’d nowadays.
