Does this house come with those blue skies and fluffy clouds? ;-) The green area across the road contributes to curb appeal. All the rooms are large, and the kitchen/diner is especially spacious. The integrated appliances are included in the price, saving the buyer an extra expense. Despite the full development of the area, the back garden is not overlooked. This property is truly "well presented".

Is the perspective odd due to the video, or an optical illusion, or does the garage (on the right side of the house) not sit at right angles to the position of the house, or is garage roof not parallel with the house roof top behind it at the back due to subsidence? It seems weird but lovely house though...(edited the 4th time after seeing what it is!) The garage isn't actually at right angles to the house at all, as when Gary walks around to the right in front of the drive way, you can clearly see it (I couldn't tell from the 1st few seconds)...so an interesting layout then!
