Finally, the woman with red curly hair said, "Thank you." I thought everyone had lost their manners. Before this the ony other, "Thank you, " I heard was from a 5 year old little boy. He actually thanked the guard and the horse too.
The guard gave him a little sword tip in acknowledgement.
