I don’t think we have just one “soul mate” I believe as we grow and evolve, our “soul mates” shift to meet that higher vibrational energy we are at. Soul mates are part of a larger soul family that we have. At least this is my innerstanding of “soul mates”.

I am leaving a 12 year relationship where i raised my stepkids as their mother figure. Looking back. I do feel some sort of necessary fulfillment was completed. I actually saved each of the kids lives or stepped in for a life changing event that kept them on course. Its as if now that theyre raised, we made it through the lesson. A beautiful message. Thanks for this video. I am a twin flame probably said better as eternal partner. Our understanding is we are the same soul as most twin flames are. I've heard, and this is what it feels like to me - a twin flame (in Union/harmony stage, once you "get there" :)) is someone with whom you're eating in a restaurant at the same table. And in the rest of the restaurant, are all of y'all's soul mates/soul family at the other tables. Soul mates can be romantic or platonic, male or female, family, friends, businses, but most common relationships on this overall "traumatic" or still-ascending Earth, for marriage/families - tend to be similar ages and lifestyles, very easy, harmonious relationships. Twin flame relationships are "intense and challenging" - they are not another soul on a harmonizing frequency, but a very mirror of your own soul, same frequency, all of your same shadows. We all have multiple soulmates but not all of us have twin flames - and that's ok - soulmate relationships are always great whether you have TF or not. Some TFs choose to forego romantic union with whatever reason and choose to stay in romantic relationships with soulmates instead. But Twin Flames are always lightworkers together, more and more as they heal - and in a real twin flame relationship it's perfectly chaste until union, so you're very emotionally intimate in ways you aren't with earlier sexual relationships.
I recommend checking out Irina Nola on Quora for the most scientific source on all. She's a past life hypnotherapist who has essentially more objective data on alll of this than anyone else I know. Personally used her services and highly recommend as a hypnotherapist. Her posts are enlightening. She was trained by Brian Weiss Institute - he's an MD and author of "Many Lives, Many Masters". Irina does not claim to be a twin flame but has had many clients who are. Twin flames often have past lives in harmony on other more healed, higher vibe planets than Earth. Soul mates often have multiple past lives together on Earth. Also, souls can be either in the "Earth school", essentially "from this planet", tied to learning and growing here to "graduate" OR "starseeds" - choosing to be here, and only learning spiritual lessons they need to learn otherwise here, or would benefit them to learn, that they have chosen to learn on their journey. I always felt like the latter, with my TF, but that hypno session I did in 2020 with her confirmed it.
What I learned new from you was something, plesae forgive me if I am butchering this term "twin flame soul overlords" that are your real TFs in higher realms and choosing someone with whom to channel this relationship on Earth. Maybe that is what I actually have with suspected TF, but from past life hypnotherapy I remember breaking off from source just with him as little blue male and female wiggle worms, him on my left wiggling next to me - then other lives we shared on other planets before Earth. (Actually, the other lives were all remembered first, but this one chronologically happened first - she led me back to my first breakoff from source before the end of our session.)

So, at 15, the first time I saw my ‘soulmate’. I KNEW that we were meant to be together.. that didn’t happen for 31 years. We met in 1968.We went our separate ways, married others. I had 2 children. Then I n 2003, we were ‘reunited’ and have been together since. Funny thing is. He is EXACTLY 9 months older than me. He, born in January of 1953, I, in October of that year.
