I've watched these judges do this a lot- they keep watching each other and it's like they're more concerned with strategy about the composition of their team then acknowledging someone with giving them a yes. It's so hypocritical and insincere for every one of them to give her glowing compliments but no one turned except Will at the last second! If you didn't turn at least give her the respect of some constructive criticism so she can improve. I loved her until the end of her run on the show!
