i've been playing Splitgate since its early alpha when it was a really niche title that was just an experiment to see if portal and halo mashed together was fun. its awesome to see how far its come since then, i've loved being part of its growing community. I feel like its a refuge for people who feel that halo has abandoned them but they still want that social feel.

Indie games have rose to prominence now more than ever. They extrude passion, determination, empathy about their games and communities. Whereas multiple studios have unfortunately fallen to cooperate greed, the indie scene is paving the way for what gaming should be. Not paying $18 for blue. Games have gone backwards now instead of forwards. The lazy least amount of effort for a product that isn't even 25% done is egregious and unbecoming. People just really wear double thick rose tinted glasses and can't accept the truth.

Infinite is intentionally designed. It has nearly endless money and resources yet is unpolished and has a lack of content by design. The fact that an indie game company is able to create such a robust and polished game in Splitgate proves Infinite is exactly what the devs or management want it to be.

I stopped playing Halo Infinite a while ago not just because I was bored with the lack of content, but because I absolutely HATE, beyond my ability to properly express with words, just how terrible, slow, and nonfunctional every damn menu is. It takes more time to open the game, navigate the menu, and load into a match than it does to play a match.

Splitgate was like a last minute surprise for me.
When i took notice to Halo Infinite, or even Halo Reach suddenly getting a bit sweaty overtime i sorta lost motivation to play the game, until i found Splitgate.
I love Splitgate, and it makes me happy to see you enjoy aswell. (even though you already did mention it in the past.) By far the most "relaxing" FPS with a more friendly community, and i would love crossovers with Splitgate just to make the community happy, despite Splitgate already being a "Halo meets Portal" situation.

The best part about Splitgate is that the menus actually load.
