The best part about Splitgate is that the menus actually load.

Splitgate went from "Halo clone, but with portals" to have way more reasons to keep playing it than Halo Infinite multiplayer, without the need to pay a Battlepass.

i've been playing Splitgate since its early alpha when it was a really niche title that was just an experiment to see if portal and halo mashed together was fun. its awesome to see how far its come since then, i've loved being part of its growing community. I feel like its a refuge for people who feel that halo has abandoned them but they still want that social feel.

Indie games have rose to prominence now more than ever. They extrude passion, determination, empathy about their games and communities. Whereas multiple studios have unfortunately fallen to cooperate greed, the indie scene is paving the way for what gaming should be. Not paying $18 for blue. Games have gone backwards now instead of forwards. The lazy least amount of effort for a product that isn't even 25% done is egregious and unbecoming. People just really wear double thick rose tinted glasses and can't accept the truth.

Splitgate: When I was created I was but the learner, now I, am the master

for me it almost feels like halo infinite lacks a team in charge of preparing the finished product for release and instead relies on the community to provide feedback on how to finish their game

Imagine if Reach was on PC right at launch, what the community'd do. Perhaps it'd still be around till this day without the need of MCC.

Splitgate has become one of my favorite F2P games because of how it puts the player and gameplay first and making sure it's fun

Splitgate: "We aren't trying to be a Halo-killer." Also Splitgate: sponsors all the Halo content creators out there

Infinite is intentionally designed. It has nearly endless money and resources yet is unpolished and has a lack of content by design. The fact that an indie game company is able to create such a robust and polished game in Splitgate proves Infinite is exactly what the devs or management want it to be.

I play this a shit ton, halo could certainly take a hint. It has the same halo vibe, can easily tell the creators loved games like halo. would also like to comment. IT HAS LINUX SUPPORT. Huge damn points for me

I stopped playing Halo Infinite a while ago not just because I was bored with the lack of content, but because I absolutely HATE, beyond my ability to properly express with words, just how terrible, slow, and nonfunctional every damn menu is. It takes more time to open the game, navigate the menu, and load into a match than it does to play a match.

Splitgate was like a last minute surprise for me. When i took notice to Halo Infinite, or even Halo Reach suddenly getting a bit sweaty overtime i sorta lost motivation to play the game, until i found Splitgate. I love Splitgate, and it makes me happy to see you enjoy aswell. (even though you already did mention it in the past.) By far the most "relaxing" FPS with a more friendly community, and i would love crossovers with Splitgate just to make the community happy, despite Splitgate already being a "Halo meets Portal" situation.

It’s so apparent when I really want to keep playing splitgate because it’s fun vs infinite where I have to keep playing a specific mode to get a challenge done

AAA game development studios need to have a reality check. If they don't learn how to better handle their games and IP it won't be long before they are playing second fiddle to the upcoming Indy developers and the title of "AAA Developer" will become a bad thing.

Splitgate seem to be sponsoring a lot of people recently to say nice things about them

I remember getting a dental Surgery a year ago and download Splitgate to kill some time, I then dedicated 25 hours out of the next week just playing the game. It was so fun, creative, and fluid for a free game running on an I3. Imma check out the new season when I get the chance.
