Why wasn't the second carabiner for the sand bag clipped to the metal ring attached to the bounce house at 0:55 ? 😬 The two sand bags are now attached to each other, but no redundancy if the single carabiner breaks that attaches the bags to the bounce house. I think there should be a dedicated ring for each sand bag for redundancy

I own a very large inflatable rental company in Canada with over 300 inflatables, and have been providing equipment at events for 22 years. They are actually very safe when operated and setup correctly. Mechanical Rides are far more dangerous and it's not even close. Negligence was without question at play.
* They need to be staked into the ground with an 18 inch stake at each tie down point, or sand bagged if staking is not permitted, or capable.
* They should never be up in winds that exceed 25/kms per hour.
* They should never be up in the rain (because vinyl becomes extremely slippery).
The "Little Tikes" versions are much more dangerous, and prone to issues. Rent from a legitimate inflatable company and get a safer unit where possible. Ask them their qualifications, and for licenses (in States where applicable).
