I kept wondering why so many scammers used profiles of gay men for their operations. I thought it was mainly because they were well dressed and good looking, but now I realize itâs because they donât have a picture of another woman (fiancĂŠ, wife, girlfriend) in them and itâs easier to write off the male fiancĂŠ/husband/boyfriend as just a friend.
