I just discovered Wild Nothing through Sirius satellite, and I absolutely adore this band. It's perfection in a melody.

One of those unique groups whose sound and essence transcend time and space. Every time I hear Wild Nothing, especially Nocturne, those memories buried deep coming to the surface again. House parties in uni in Nebraska, lonely nights wandering Shanghai, early mornings around a campfire staring at the stars. Moments that I'll never experience again... but it feels alright, because however I was feeling in those moments, they're perfect in my mind now. And that's honestly all that matters.

If Jack or anyone from Captured Tracks is reading this, I just wanted to say this is some of the best music he has ever made. This makes me insanely excited for the new album. I could not have expected a better song for his return. Good job as always guys! Easily the most underrated indie label.
