The justice system of the world is laughing at us, which is why our judicial system is ranked 150th. What is happening with the Pakistani judicial system, where 99% of the people and the judges are trying to uphold the rule of law, yet Justice Faiz Isa remains stubborn, compromising the integrity of the Judiciary to maintain the illegal power of the army and ISI.
The Pakistani judges have been facing pressure and threats from the ISI due to their refusal to follow the Army chief's misguided decisions against civilian's fundamental rights . It is concerning to see the Chief Justice of Pakistan, Qazi Faiz Essa, not standing up to defend the independence of his institution from ISI influence. His failure to address this issue is putting all court judges in a vulnerable position.
