When I saw the place, I immediately recognized it! We went there on our visit in Prague 2 years ago to take the historic line 42 tram from it's start. Such a cool experience, and really friendly and welcoming staff on board the tram. Can't wait to visit Prague again in the future, it's my favorite town in Europe!

We are Swiss and were in Prague again 2 days ago. As always, we wanted to buy kolace (small, delicious cakes) before heading home. We tried it in several bakeries both in Prague and in the countryside. Unfortunately unsuccessful. The disappointment of our family at home was great. By the way, the transport system in Prague is great, even without beer.

0:17 Bonus Czech words: Točna Dlabačov literally means "Dlabač's turntable" in Czech (a turntable is "a circular revolving platform for turning a railroad locomotive or other vehicle"). Bohumír Jan Dlabač was a Czech poet, librarian, and music scholar. Dlabačov is the name of the area near Strahov where Dlabač worked. The Dlabačov tram loop was built to serve the nearby Strahov Stadium (which Janek mentioned at 5:01).

I was there just last sunday, and I even said to my family :"I wonder why the Honest Guide hasn't made a video about this place yet", and well, now you did. We took the tram line 42 (the historic one) there and had a beer while we waited to go back into town again. Lovely spot, lovely video.
Oh and by the way, thank you for all your great videos - we saw so many places in Prague that we wouldn't have discovered if it hadn't been for your videos. You do an amazing job!
