Not gonna lie these two characters manage to be more likable than every single villain AU Midoryia I have seen, because:
1: We actually understand their motive for what they did
2: They actually showed remorse for killing someone and understood the severity of what they just did instead of the usual “wow I killed a random civilian look how edgy and quirky I am” that you see in almost every villain AU.
