Hi guys!!

First of all thank you to everyone who is here and watches my videos, I feel very lucky to have more than 10.000 people on this channel! The comments I receive are nothing short of magical, thank you for this.

Secondly, another TVlog this week! This time I speak about the 7 seconds that it takes to judge something or someone. Itā€™s crazy how fast our minds work to make up our minds about others. I live in London and always felt a sense of disconnect with others, sometimes it feels like weā€™re too busy minding our business and miss out seeing each other, it almost feels like the world is in reverse sometimes. I hope you enjoy this video and that youā€™ve had a good week!

Ps: excuse my terrible acting at the start in the car scene

As freeing as the whole ā€žyou can be anything if you just work hard enoughā€œ mindset of our western culture is, it has a really really dark side. Because if you turn it around it says: If you dont become something great you havenā€™t worked hard enough and you are a failure. It is the doctrine of our generation, the rhythm to which we jog in the morning, do our skin routine and learn for exams. We become fragmented from society, our own little microcosms that struggle to survive in the little jars that our heads are. It becomes all about us and that we become better, greater, more unique, more special. We think we will be happy and be loved if we reach that goal, but the truth is to be loved we have to start looking at other people and love them. To be happy we have to stop constantly judging ourselves and pulling ourselves further.

AH YES! The exquisite loneliness that comes from seeing someone you really enjoy, but lives on the other side of the fucking planet. cool channel.

You donā€™t have to be phenomenal. You just have to be you, and you have a right to be here without needing to justify your existence.

I've been here about 5 months - I think this channel will just keep gaining a larger audience - the quality has always been just incredibly strong and creative :) there's something quite nice about being able to enjoy the content while its a community like this [it almost feels selfish that we can see it] but best believe you will keep growing this audience

your videos make me so wistful! like I'm walking around in a place I used to live, alternatively fighting off memories and inhaling them greedily

hi luisaā€”can i call u that? apologies for overstepping any bounds. iā€™ve been dealing with a severe bout of anhedonia due to post-psychosis depression, so to say that iā€™ve been emotionally castrated would be a gross understatement. nothing seems to be able to grip my attention, except your video happened to be a rare exception. watching this gave me hope, and made me feel more connected to humanity than i have in monthsā€¦.maybe even years. you remind me a lot of myself before shit hit the fan and insanity cannibalized my soul for the better half of my early twenties. moments like these are what i like to call ā€œglimmers,ā€ the fog lifts for a moment and i rememberā€¦.itā€¦ that feeling that buzzes through your entire being when you drop an obscure reference and instead of being met with a dull expression of annoyance and contempt, the other personā€™s eyes light up and the corners of their mouth peels back and thereā€™s thatā€¦.synergyā€¦.im rambling but i havenā€™t felt this seen in a while. your voice is powerful. donā€™t forget that

Lovelovelove this. The grain, the weird, the poetry. There are filters, but feels unfiltered. Thanks so much!

I feel something so close to home when I watch this, itā€™s like when you are thinking something so deep, but the stranger next to you says it aloud so you donā€™t have to say it yourself. Iā€™m not the most smartest person but I REALLY like this , and Iā€™m a loss for wordsā€¦ā€¦!!!

This is soā€¦ good. I see we all havenā€™t lost touch with ourselves out here in the Tubes. This has truly inspired me to journal out my real thought. I have been waiting for I didnā€™t know what. My favorite art movie theater closed down and I have been feeling bereft because a mood would always strike and I just had to see what was playing there. I would sit with my perfect bag of popcorn with the other quietly interesting people and we would silently share the experience but no-one ever engaged in conversation because I imagined we were all engaged in meaningful inner dialogue. That is why people like us needed to meet at the interesting people theater. ā¤
