A perfect example of aging with a baby face is Paul McCartney. Decades ago he was adorable. As an old guy he looks strange but he’s still talented and somehow I doubt he lies awake at night worrying about looking like a haggard, tired, baby.

Both my mom and my dad had a baby face in their youth, for aging it worked better for mom since with years her face just got more defined, but that only happened after her mid 20s. My dad is 50, people still get suprised with his age and assume he's younger, but I think its more his energy and vibe lol .
Ageing with a baby face is a hit or miss tbh, depends a lot on bone structure hiding behind baby fat

Uncanny valley has to do with someone not looking human or looking too perfect . It doesn’t make sense how you brought it up , people may feel uncomfortable from a disparity between features, but it’s not uncanny valley

As an almost 39 year old woman, I can relate to looking like a tired baby. I’ve had a baby face all my life and always looked younger than my age. I look 8-10 years younger on a good day, but on a bad day (due to lack of sleep or bad diet usually), I look bloated and sad. I do have great hair though, very thick and dark. My father had the same baby face, and he aged very well, he still had a full head of hair when he died at 86 and a full beard, all white, and he looked like Santa Claus, which is actually a good thing, he looked so jolly and rosy cheeked.

Can you talk about Thomas Brodie Sangster? I couldn't wrap my head how he looks so young (baby face) yet at the same time has sharp angular features and defined jawline that's usually the characteristic for older look. Thomas has mustache and beard and still somehow looking younger than young Ben Barnes back in Narnia

I am almost 26 and I always had some features of babyfaces. Especially during summer, my cheeks and overall face become red and "glowy" very easily during outdoor activities or even just with long walks. Most people I know tell me that I look much better now than when I was 19/20. Because of how your cheeks hollow as you age, your look might change for the better over time.

Gerbert johnson pointed out that newer generation have younger face because we don't experience much hardship and life challenges. So our face potray an young and baby like face. I think that's also why people back then looks old af when theybare the same age as us. For example their 20's their face looks like a 30 year old guy. Interesting theory.

A lot of e-boys and other people who are popular solely for their looks, do have such babyfaces. Which is why all but a few fall off, once puberty ends. Because their features start to swiftly deteriorate or grow into something unbecoming, for an adult.
Examples are Cameron Dallas, Taylor Caniff, Jacob Sartorius. They are not ugly at present, but nowhere near what initially made them famous.

I have a baby face that I inherited from my mother. I don’t mind, we’re getting older but still looks really younger than our real ages.
The only issue that I don’t like about it is the “baby face”. In fact, looking younger is a pro but when people treat you in a certain way because they think you’re a kid, doesn’t help much lol. Like always having to carry an ID because otherwise people don’t believe you when you tell them that you’re +18. 😂
