I wished customer service actually do something about the problem associated with the model TP09 that is making a whistling noise. A lot of people are having the same problems and what you guys do is just replace it with the new item that has the same motor design failure and yet I am still having exactly the same issues as before. The biggest problem is that the replacement does not come with a new warranty. so if your warranty is done you are done.

Not sold on this. The room was empty hence why it was able to blow towards the stick smoke. Try again with a room full such as couches,TV, coffee tables, dinner tables. I bet you wont get the same affect.

I actually always liked the sound of a fan! It’s therapeutic and I fall asleep to the wound of the old fan, I have both but prefer the old fan! It blows more wind/ air around!🥹

I haven't seen any demonstration, just a bunch of animated air moving across the empty room. What am I missing? Oh by the way, will the quality match the price tag this time?

The electrical noise on standby made the last Dyson fan a couple of months ago completely usless in the bedroom. Sort out the electrical noise on standby please.
