How can you BECOME a lucid dreamer in one night, or under 24 hours? 🔵 JOIN OUR LUCID TRIBE for Exclusive Videos And Access To All My Products 👉 howtolucid.com/lucidtribe/?utm_source=LucidMainYou…

✨ All right. So in this video I will tell you how to become a lucid dreamer. In one day it is possible, and when I say become a lucid dreamer, I mean your going to have regular lucid dreams that you control. You can dream about what you want to and you can decide when to do it. So I been teaching this for over 10 years, just just under 10 years. Actually, I've been lucid dreaming myself for over 10 years and I'll break down everything I've learned. I've spent probably over $50000 or more in learning, training, books, studies, coaching courses and research interlude dreaming to find out what's the best way of doing it, the most effective ways.

I’m Stef, and I help spiritual seekers learn how to control their dreams through lucid dreaming so they can explore their subconscious minds.

I am able to LD basically every night, repeated continuous dreams, even more in heavier detail, I am able to LD within 30 minutes after falling asleep. I have timed it. I am self taught.

I never learned lucid dreaming before but I’ve always been able to remember my dreams. Also lately I’m usually aware that I’m dreaming. But I haven’t been able to control my dreams yet. So I will practice

Hey man 😊! Thx for making those videos. People need to know what they are missing out on, and how we all can do it. This is science for you folks. We’re made mostly out of water when you believe with ur❤ you are changing physical matter inside ur body. I’m sure you all read the book called ( The Hidden Messages in Water ) if not definitely recommend, it will help big time. 😁

I remember almost like 75% to 80% of my dreams and in my dreams, I do the stuff I kinda like but I never felt as if I could control all of it, it's just a little part and when I start realizing that it's a dream and try to move, I wake up, so can I really say that I have experienced lucid dreams??

I’ve had lucid dreams so often as a kid, as a teen, but the older I get the less it happens. What could be the reason?

Not to debate but rather simply state I believe some people have the ability to lucid dream, but it is not something everyone can do, if by default, many do not believe it's even possible. Equally so, for many who do experience lucid dreams I have found they have the "root" ability to understand the messaging of their dreams, lucid or not.

I remember once I "lucid-dreamed" but I could do like half of what I really wanted. Like, I could spawn people but not make them do things nor customise them: when I tried there was a litteral pop-up saying "This action is blocked by an administrator." and I was like "wdym administrator, I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR!"

WBTB is terrible for your sleep and your brain. I used to do it all the time and yes, I got lots of LDs from it, but I got tired and lots of brain fog.
