I also grew up listening to Elton,,duz anyone remember " The Browndirt Cowboy" Captaian Fantastic!!that was my favorite album growing up!! I first saw Elton in the ‘70’s, at Madison Square Garden and I must’ve seen him about anywhere from 30-40 times in NYC. In 1980, I slept in Central Park the night before Elton’s concert and woke up with 500,000 people around me!

I got married way too young to a way too young bride. We spent 15 years growing up together before we split. We still say Happy Birthday 25 years after. Point being? She told me once this sing was me. Said I was a searcher and looking for peace. Glad to say we both found it, just not with each other.
