Not prone to dislike these type of videos because I admire the craft, however, it does me no personal good to know that You can do these; I trusted you could from the time I selected the link to your video. You did a fine job of playing paradiddles against a metronome, but didn't explain how you're placing drums within paradiddle phrasing around the kit. How does one get from the mentality of "hating" paradiddles to the ability of using them as a beneficial tool for flavoring and methodology?

@mefivecent Yes, he is. 'Paradiddles' can be seen as a language, where 'para' = a set of singles, and 'diddle' = a set of doubles. A single paradiddle, or simply paradiddle, would be RL (para) RR (diddle) LR (para) LL (diddle). This way of looking at it can be applied across different types of paradiddles. The paradiddle-diddle, for example would be a set of singles, then two sets of doubles: RL (para) RR (diddle) LL (diddle). So, yeah, all 'diddles' are doubles.
