It’s been raining, every single day
There ain’t nothing, like a feeling you can’t shake
She don’t wanna know what that feels like
And I don’t wanna change her mind
Sweet renegade, will you ever stay in one place?
Some lonely day, will you run back into my arms?
In the night I feel you breathe
If you ever come back, come back to me
Sweet renegade, if you ever stay in one place, I’ll be there
She’s so crazy, laughing at the storm
Will she make it out, we may never know
I will leave the light on, I will build a fire
One that she can see for miles and miles
Sweet renegade, will you ever stay in one place?
Some lonely day, will you run back into my arms?
In the night I feel you breathe
If you ever come back, come back to me
Sweet renegade, if you ever stay in one place, I’ll be there
No more lonely days, I would give the world for face, Oh
No more sleepless nights, You’ll return to me in your time, Oh
Sweet renegade, will you ever stay in one place?
Some lonely day, will you run back into my arms?
In the night I feel you breathe
If you ever come back, come back to me
Sweet renegade, if you ever stay in one place, I’ll be there
Sweet renegade, will you ever stay in one place? I’ll be there
Sweet renegade, will you ever stay in one place? I’ll be there
Sweet renegade, will you ever stay in one place? I’ll be there
Sweet renegade, will you ever stay in one place? I’ll be ther

My Father died of Covid, six months after my relationship started with a beautiful girl. Two years later, she left. One day, I know, she will understand better just how much that affected me; and even worse, to lose her because of that. I will forever hope you reach back out, because I always needed you to stay. I miss both of you, so much.
