I had a surgery to remove my ovary about 9 years ago. After about two years I started to have serious brain fog. I did not take any medication or supplements or see any doctors. Then in 2021 I started to exercise and watched my diet, lowering carbs and doing IF. My brain started to function better. I wished I knew more

Totally vouch for hard labor to calm me…I remulched , weeded and dug around 10 mature shrubs…7 hrs bent down and heavy lifting and pulling …. But wow was I calm and relaxed by evening…😊

@30min Liisa mentions theobromine. I believe that cocoa has a very large amount of theobromine and coffee is relatively low although coffee has a lot of chlorogenic acid. Decaf green and black tea are other options.
