Heck I only asked for $750 figuring they would go half yah right. First the said they would unblock my UC. $6k ish if I dropped EEOC. Second time they offered 14k to quit lawsuit before discovery. Now at SJ stage Def is jacking with me again after i painstakingly spent 6 days digging in to reply they did errata changing up numbering of pages etc. back to square one.

I’m hoping for a response. So to clarify I was actually terminated a year ago for retaliation for plenty of provable protected activities. This company did plenty to retaliate including Sr. Level management involvements. I have a NLRB charge and EEOC charges they don’t have any paperwork/files for PIP’s because I was never put on any and no emails stating discipline needed. I’m hoping to receive punitive damages or for them to come with a large settlement as I was a high earner over 6 figures range.
