I think it was very kind of you to give her a refund based on the circumstances. But I also think that if it were me I’d be heading to that address and calling the police along the way so I don’t beat the flip out of that man. Flip him.

Yes, you did the right and honorable thing. Too bad she can’t get a refund on her husband. He’s not worth the dirt on her shoes. I can see(in my mind) a very selfish greedy man. Everyone he knows must dislike him and he is too stuck-up to know it.
