The G11 is actually a very interesting and complicated German late Cold War design. It uses caseless ammunition. Meaning, there is no shell ejecting. The advantages are kinda „unclear“. I guess by committing a crime, you don’t have to pick up the shells (even though a revolver type weapon achieves the same with simpler components). It’s not even environment friendlier, because ejected metallic shells aren’t that harmful to the environment. But the downsides of this weapon system are actually very big. A soldier on the ground wasn’t able to put bullets into the magazine by himself. The magazines had to be manufactured with he bullets inside. Partly spent magazines were also not feasible to get used again. So even though Germany put a lot of resources into developing this rifle, because they wanted it to be the replacement for their main G3 rifles, it’s kinda very useless for modern armies. Good choice from the German government not adapting the rifle. I guess it would be a good hitmen weapon though.

I use this all the time in cold war and man I could tell you it's one of the best guns especially to flank somebody sniping or headglitching.

What’s also weird is Cold War version has A standard magazine but the black ops one has a barrel one like a P90

This is a gun in real life, where it was up against several rifles for the US military slightly before Vietnam. Cool gun, because the shells don’t eject, making the rate of fire much faster

I REFUSE to accept that's a G11, it feels more like a chicom/QCW-5/type 05 and NOT a G11, regardless of what they intended.
