Love my gapless top rings you guys "made" for me back around 2004 or so for my vw Tdi-m that i built.
I ran it for about 40k and 5 years and loved them.
At 40k, i still thought my leakdown tester was broken as id see the needle move about 1 needlewidth.
Alas, some head issues caused me to tear it down in 2012 and go thru it again.
Pistons and bores and rings still looked mint, so all it got was a new head, oil pump and rods and mains.
Double alas!
And then our shop collapsed in a snowstorm.
I boxed it all up and pickled it and its been in the corner ever since.
It will live again,gimme another year or 2 ๐
i refuse to become the statistic of selling a half built project or letting it rot away
