If you're a car salesman, it's your job to sell cars. There are no 2 ways about it. He doesn't teach people how to rip customers off. He teaches how to sell cars better. If the salesman closes the deal, that means he helped the customer in a way that was valuable to them. The teenager working the Chick-fil-A drive thru wouldn't be so kind and smiley if they weren't paid to. I don't see anyone getting upset about that.

This is the type of salesman who tries to control people who are too week to take control themselves. He’s gonna dominate the conversation with extra fake niceness and hope to god you are one of the people who maybe struggle with anxiety or speaking up in general. The only way to deal with them is to see through and say “cut the shit”

If u want to be a great salesman, you probably look up to people like this because their commissions show. But any honest man sees through these guys 1-1 every time. Their will always be somebody to walk through the doors and fall for it, it keeps them in business.

I personally don't like when people talk to much, no disrespect but its annoying, just let me buy the car and keep it moving, just say " hey, im andy, what kind of car would you like" .... anything other then that is annoying.
