What I do is that I get myself motivated to finish the first story by thinking "If I get one story done and then go to the next one, I can write a crossover chapter where the characters meet the previous story's characters and they all get to go and do silly shenanigans together"
or there's the other method where if my story is expansive enough, I can add ideas from my other stories and add put them into the main story
