Once the price approach liquidity zones, most of orders are pulled out, but sometimes the price pullback sometimes it breaks out, how to anticipate the most likely scenario if the behavior of liquidity providers is the same in both cases, development story of that liquidity zone is not enough because it doesn't happen all the time as you show here
