A Superposition is when a subatomic particle exists in multiple locations at once
There's an experiment where researchers have a piece of paper and fire electrons at it. When you view the experiment the one electron creates one hole, just like you'd expect
But when you DON'T view the experiment, when nobody watches it, the electron creates 3 holes. This is the concept behind Shrodinger's Cat
The electron exists in multiple states simultaneously, but by viewing the electron you ground it's location to one point in time thus creating only one hole
This experiment and other quantum experiments like it indicate there are infinite timelines and that by viewing an event you are binding yourself to that single reality where it occurred
