The hose is under the Label Some fuel stations offer AdBlue pumps, allowing you to fill up just like with a regular car or van.

There are two locations for the Adblue. One is next to the fuel cap and will be clearly labelled along with the color. The Second one will be in the engine bay.
You can either refill them at gas / fuel stations. Or you can buy containers of the AdBlue from Supermarkets.

What is Adblue?
AdBlue is a clear, non-toxic fluid comprised of 32.5% urea and 67.5% deionized water. It's used in vehicles with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, primarily diesel engines, to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions. When injected into the exhaust stream, AdBlue undergoes a chemical reaction to convert NOx into harmless nitrogen and water vapor, thereby significantly reducing the vehicle's emissions. AdBlue is stored in a separate tank in the vehicle and is injected into the exhaust system as needed, typically in small, controlled amounts based on engine operating conditions.
