I agree that the seam is proof that the item is hand made - I disagree, it looks like it came out of a mold. I'd bake it & then lightly sand the seam off the high points.

Yes, but you can easily smooth it with a needle. It looks very good, but if you erase the line it will be awesome!

the pearl is lovely, but as a polymer crafter myself I would notice the seam, but I doubt that none- crafters will notice the details that us crafters do..

I think prolly if you don’t have to make a lot of them to use one of those silicone tools to soften the seams before you even bake it. I have better luck with doing that than sanding, because I despise sanding!!

The bead is absolutely gorgeous! It's the small imperfections that make me admire hand-made items. I'm a perfectionist, so I'm hard on myself about those same imperfections, though!! But usually, a person is looking at the jewelry as a whole and won't notice or mind a small seam. I hope to be on this level of claywork one day! ❤
