🔥Let’s get your first push-up on the floor | Part 2
If you have access to smith machine at your gym then try to get your first push up using a smith machine first by lowering the incline each week.
If you don’t have access to a smith machine, don’t worry! You can try this method anywhere!😀 No equipment is needed.
Try negative push ups by going down on the floor with your toes. Once you're all the way down- come up with your knees on the floor. Keep repeating this process and practice multiple times in a week.
In order to get good at push ups, you need to practice weekly. I highly recommend to do atleast 20-30 push ups a week. You can split that into 3 sessions of 10 reps each. Then in no time you’ll get stronger & able to do your first push up on your toes on the floor! 💪
