Some days back a senior person told me in response to my question that its possible to get a job of required 1 year experience as fresher by making right resume so could you elaborate on how to make it effectively as there's a big competition in field of Aec construction industry as engineers for freshers so how to tackle the problem as i do have the essential skills and internship experience..

Amazing how in order to be hired, we have to know the conflicting industry standard of someone else's career. One simple resume = lack of effort, not hired One extremely visual resume = too much effort, not hired One neatly sectioned resume = YOUR technology wont scan it property when you could have had a human read it, not hired. Education placed at the top = wrong placement means not hired regardless what the actual education acquired is. Why is it our responsibility to guess a format that none of you in the industry can uniformly agree upon to be applicants for work?
