Great tip but that bicep muscle is one of the muscles that becomes weak when your rotator cuff muscle is weak.

Great tip, thanks for sharing!

To save some time, my favorite version of this exercise is to use minibands, so I can work both rotator cuffs at the same time. Feels great haha.
