Why is your sea salt pink? If it is Himalayan salt, the pink color may be due to arsenic. We purchased some Himalayan salt one time, and I requested a Manufacturer Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) which the US importer sent. Sure enough there was arsenic in it which exceeded consumption guidelines and we threw it out and quit purchasing.

Vanilla ice cream with toasted coconut flakes!!!
•preheat oven 325° to 350°
•spread sweetened coconut flakes onto cookie sheet
•bake 5 minutes then toss coconut around on pan
•cook for 3-5 more minutes until golden
•let cool so it will get crunchy and add to vanilla ice cream😋
* it’s not a strong coconut flavor, people that don’t typically even like coconut enjoy this. 😜

Neapolitan ice cream, swirl it to blend the flavours until it gets soft like a soft serve, use it as a dip for plain rippled chips (specifically plain ripple, not sure why it’s the only flavour and shape it works with). Blew my mind when I tried it! ❤
